The theme was customised to elevate the brand, streamline navigation and improve mobile UX. We migrated the client to V2 of Shopify and removed the (as was) Wordpress home page, to give the client one platform. Improved their menu structure, introduced a "brands page" and now run their monthly marketing campaign which involves blog content, newsletter creation & management, along with day-to-day management of the site and their suppliers. DDD was originally a website that we built pre-lockdown to show clients how Shopify works. During lockdown everyone bought a puppy and the business rocketed and became a company in it's own right.
