Full site build and ongoing eCommerce support- covering design updates, new features, product launches, CRM automations and B2B activations.

A full-rebrand and shift onto Shopify 2.0 theme to allow for new functionality around bundled products, subscription plans and delivery-date selection. Allowing staff to move away from a number of more manual processes and by removing a number of unnecessary apps, immediate efficiencies were made.

Worked with this established Shopify seller to improve merhcandising, upsell opportunities and CRM automation alongside improvements to social media strategy & execution.

Addition of eCommerce functionality to an existing Wix website- the Shopify pages live on a subdomain of the main content site. As this seller was new to eCommerce, support was also given to explore third party fulfilment options, select a provider and integrate with the 3PL fulfilment management system.

A large site build to allow this supplier of refurbished IT products to sell online. Extensive product data set up allows for detailed filtering and sorting based on brand, operating system, disk memory etc... The project also includes integration with an external provider for dropshipping peripeherals and accessories.

Helped with a migration from Magento to Shopify to improve ability to roll out new functionality such as subscription orders, better merchandising and stock control. Having trained staff internally on the Shopify platform, the client was then able at a later date to move to Shopify Plus to achieve even greater growth.
