Full Shopify redesign for Phelans Shoes, a Waterford footwear retailer trading since 1909. We delivered a custom theme, improved UX, speed and SEO optimisation, plus Klaviyo email flows and Google/Meta ad management. Results: revenue up 40% to €228k, orders up 32%, conversion rate up 31%, and an 8.4x ROAS on Google Ads.

Shopify replatform for a well-established Irish pharmacy and beauty retailer. We migrated the store off their old platform, integrated their Touchstore EPOS for stock sync, set up Klaviyo email marketing, and built seasonal promo flows (bank holiday discounts, gift sets). Ongoing support keeps the store optimised, with ongoing work on discount rules, product imports and theme updates.

Multi-store Shopify refresh for a long-established Irish department store group operating foys.ie and toysatfoys.com. Goals were ambitious: grow foys.ie from €400k to €1m and toysatfoys.com from €250k to €1m, while reducing cost of customer acquisition (previously 26% of turnover). We worked across both stores using grant aid, with foys.ie leading the way.

Shopify build and ongoing digital marketing for a 3rd-generation family-run Irish department store trading since 1949. Backed by two Enterprise Ireland Online Retail Scheme grants, we delivered the store across menswear, ladies fashion, lingerie and home interiors, plus Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, courier integration and in-house training to scale online sales.

Bespoke Shopify build for Féirla — a GAA-focused women's performance shorts brand. We designed a bold, conversion-driven store with custom home, product and cart pages, mobile-first UX, SEO setup, and clean navigation around four product lines (period shorts, compression, high-waist, classic). The site launched ready to scale as the brand grows across Ireland.

Shopify build and ongoing digital marketing for a family-owned Irish hardware, building materials and home goods retailer with three stores (Athlone, Longford, Mountbellew) and 125 staff. Backed by Enterprise Ireland, we delivered research, strategy, website improvements and multi-channel marketing training. Results: unique visitors +52%, conversion rate +42%, PPC traffic from 0% to 34%.
